Dahlia’s Mexican Grill concept was born from the desire to bring our community together; to enjoy Mexican food in novel and creative ways. We believe that vast diversity Mexican fare has a place in the upscale-dining world and are proud to bring this concept to downtown San Mateo.
Chef Geraldo Garcia is a Latin American chef with over 30 years creating memorable culinary experiences in the Bay Area. He has trained professionally at the CIA in Napa, which fueled his success as executive chef with Skoke’s of Chicago, Max’s of Burlingame. Now at Dahlia’s Mexican Grill, Chef Garcia has collaborated with the restaurateurs to present a refined Mexican cuisine and a Nuevo Latino-inspired take on Latin food.
